There is no shipping

Try The Menu is a software platform operated by Tryco Services Private Limitedthat restaurants and food outlets (each a "Restaurant") use to take orders on their own premises.

No goods are shipped, couriered, or dispatched to any address. Nothing is delivered by Tryco. Orders placed through Try The Menu are prepared and served by the Restaurant, at the Restaurant.

How your order reaches you

• Dine-in:your order is prepared in the Restaurant's kitchen and served to your table by its staff.
• Takeaway:your order is prepared and handed to you at the Restaurant's counter for collection.
• Where a Restaurant offers its own delivery: the delivery is arranged and performed by that Restaurant, on its own terms, within its own service area. Tryco is not the deliverer and is not a party to it.

Timing

Food is prepared to order. Preparation time depends on the dish and how busy the kitchen is, and is set by the Restaurant — Tryco does not control or guarantee it. Your order status is shown in the app as the Restaurant updates it.

Digital items

Your bill or receipt is issued digitally by the Restaurant. It is made available in the app and, where you have asked for it, sent to the phone number or email you provided, normally immediately after the bill is settled.
